Schedules can be hectic and it’s not always easy to make it to a face to face therapy session, with all of the demands of modern life.
Some of my clients prefer to have Online Sessions over Skype, Zoom or FaceTime, which means that we’re able to fit in the work we do together more flexibly at a time that works for them. When we work online, I am still able to provide recordings and provide work for clients to do outside the session.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, all of my sessions have moved online so that we can respect the safety precautions as outlined by the government.
