Childhood Issues

Childhood issues vary according to each family, but people who have had a dysfunctional childhood often grow up to have emotional problems. These can include problems with self-esteem, feelings of worthlessness and limiting self-beliefs.

I can work with you to remove the negative emotions, minimise the bad memories, re-frame the beliefs formed during childhood and create new positive responses. We may also consider forgiveness and self-compassion during the healing process.

The process can be extremely quick, considering that often these are things that you may have carried for a very long time.
