Life Coaching


The aim of Life Coaching is to help you get where you want to be in life; to prioritise and set goals. My role is as a sounding board and facilitator.

Firstly, we will find out where you are now, how far you have come and the lessons learned. Then, together, we will understand the the importance and emotional significance of your personal long-term vision.

We will then work out an approach to achieve that vision by focussing on the areas where you feel ‘stuck’ and setting measurable goals and targets.
